Jenny is a registered Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon. She believes that therapy is a collaborative journey between the client and therapist, driven by the client’s needs, values, and goals. Jenny strives to create a welcoming and judgment-free environment where clients can safely examine their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She has experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and has worked with clients experiencing addiction with co-occurring mental health diagnoses, domestic violence, sexual assault, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. Using a person-centered approach, Jenny seeks to understand clients within their environments and relationships while acknowledging their resilience and resources for healing. She incorporates Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Ecopsychology, and EMDR in her practice. Her goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can safely explore their behaviors, understand their personal narratives, and pursue meaningful change.
