Patrick is a Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Oregon with experience treating adults and adolescents for concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and spiritual abuse. By working together from a place of safety and empowerment, Patrick is interested in exploring together what it means to heal and live a life that you will come to find meaningful. Patrick practices with the understanding that healing may require a holistic approach, and is curious about the wisdom that comes from listening to the mind, body, and spirit. Frequently used approaches include Relationally Focused Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Parts Therapy (Internal Family Systems), Polyvagal Theory, Strengths-based, Mindfulness, and Somatic-based Interventions. Patrick has experience working within various levels of care in the State of Oregon, and is passionate about individual, group, and systemic opportunities for healing and change.
