I enjoy working with individuals that are willing to embark on a journey of healing and self-growth. I believe therapy should be collaborative, with a safe presence that supports the process of change. Based on clients’ individual needs, my approach draws from using an integrative approach. We may use a variety of techniques and ideas to assist with your personal goals. Some approaches I use often in session will include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR therapeutic techniques, with an emphasis on strength based approaches. It is with this combination of therapeutic approaches that I can give each client individualized and tailored sessions to meet their needs. Throughout the process of therapy, the client and I will work to transform unhelpful patterns into resourced and empowered ways of being.
