Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon who takes a direct, practical, and compassionate approach to helping clients navigate life’s challenges. She believes in empowering clients with tools and skills that support meaningful, fulfilling lives on their own terms. Rebecca utilizes strength-based and evidence-based approaches to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She has a particular passion for supporting veterans and first responders, informed by her understanding of the unique challenges faced in these roles. Rebecca also has over 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents. In therapy, Rebecca commonly incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
