Group therapy offers individuals the opportunity to engage in a therapeutic process, while engaging with others who have similar experiences. Group members are led by a Sapphire Blue therapist who has been trained in group dynamics. Members are given the opportunity to learn from other group members (process), while sharing and learning from the group therapist (psychoeducation). This format has proven to be healing and a vehicle by which individuals can continue on their journey of recovery.
