Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon who has had experience with many diverse populations. She currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with individuals who are experiencing severe mental illness, substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, grief and more. She utilizes a person-centered approach that includes a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Courtney’s goal in therapy is to provide a judgement free, supportive space that allows her to collaborate with her clients towards reaching their goals.
