Jeb Oliver is a Licensed Clinical Social worker in the state of Oregon. Jeb’s expertise includes assisting people to address anxiety, depression, and the myriad of mental health concerns through mindfulness-based acceptance and commitment therapy. Jeb’s therapy tools include cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy just to name a few. His primary focus has been working with adults and adolescents to address their significant mental health needs. Jeb’s hope is to serve his community in a meaningful way by addressing and supporting the stigma around mental health and to help his patients to live their best life.
