Jeb’s expertise includes assisting people to address anxiety, depression, and the myriad of mental health concerns through mindfulness-based acceptance and commitment therapy. Jeb’s therapy tools include cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy just to name a few. His primary focus has been working with adults and adolescents to address their significant mental health needs. Jeb’s hope is to serve his community in a meaningful way by addressing and supporting the stigma around mental health and to help his patients to live their best life. When Jeb is not working, he enjoys playing tabletop games, practicing archery, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
