Kris is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Kris practices from a Person-Centered approach, believing that each of us has within the capacity for change. She strives to come alongside her clients and help them to discover their inner strengths. She is consistently inspired by her client’s honesty and vulnerability as well as their resilience, inner strength and capacity for growth. Kris strives to provide a safe, secure environment that honors each individual client. Kris utilizes a trauma-informed approach and enjoys working with clients who are experiencing life changes, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss.
